Thank you, Brian. The development team that created these lots had a lot of vision in the City and the experience of walking the waterfront promenade is a tradition for many families here North of the border. I was happy to see how the lots were designed perpendicular roads to the freeway. Allowing more view corridors and corner views with respect to building setbacks. A lot of thought went into this. I hope we get some good thought about the marketplace and continued development design here.
