Floor plans and interior spaces are very nice. I can see this being a nice place to live. Exterior elevations are not harmonious. Maybe not an issue once the landscape covers the exterior elevations. But one question to ask is.. What is wrong using a traditional courtyard typology 1900-1930's. The site seems to support a typical "U" shaped floor plan with the open courtyard to the street. Use the courtyard as a semi-public space. Courtyard typology is a very strong socially responsible architecture.

I agree with john. Traditional a more traditional courtyard would be gorgeous here!

Minor correction: The project is actually tracking for Earth Advantage Net Zero Ready certification, which requires Earth Advantage Platinum certification as a base. LEED Platinum is not the intended target.
