Have not even raised 5% of the 50,000 goal and that goal isn't even 10% of the money needed to save the building.

This group is to be commended for keeping the faith and fighting the good fight. Our community is in the throws of working through the difficult questions of what is worthy of preservation and what must be accepted as the consequences of growth. The Gasco building and Centennial Mills represent some of the very last of Portland's past waterfront. Given most of our waterfront has been demolished for highway/freeway building, these buildings have added significance. Jordan Schnitzer is leading up an effort to restore Centennial Mills citing it as a legacy project. Hopefully a similar effort can be brought to the Gasco building. Brian, thank you for your continued effort to bring light to this and other important projects.
