I don’t think traditional Chinese medicine is powerful enough to heal what ails Portland’s city government. Maybe a 100-foot tall IV bottle of Sodium Pentothal atop the City Hall would start the “flow” of information and the healing process.

City Planners and City Council, why is there still no video posted of the Portland City Council meeting from last week (4-22) discussing code change recommendations from Planning? In comparison, video from 4-21 was posted 4-22.
