This is a great project, both in use and in the design.
There are so many good things about this project that it seems too good to be true, but I hope it happens.

Missing from the article is that the PDC has provided a $100,000+ Community Livability Grant to the sorority to help close the funding gap.

What a great project! I can see they way architecture is evolving but this tectonic idea is one I never heard of but it makes a lot of sense. I hope you reach $755,000 needed for the project going forward. Interesting!
