While I feel sorry for what Opus is now putting up with, I am happy to see Malsin doing what I hoped he would do. I hope in the end Beam comes out with the win the should of had in the beginning.

once this issue is resolved, the bridgehead project would be more inspiring with a large, european fountain/water-feature and roundabout at the intersection of sandy and burnside. that would be a very cool visual gateway to downtown, not the bridgehead development itself.

I've never thought of that, but a roundabout would be perfect for that intersection.

roundabouts hardly ever work in this country (I do think its a good idea though) because it tends to confuse Americans too much.
