It's pretty nasty, especially the square. I don't understand how anyone can choose to use that much concrete as a surface. The stuff doesn't age well. Within a week it shows cracks. A little cobble stone or some other hard paver adds so much more character and ages much better. With that said no amount of pavers will save the design. It's a lonely looking space.
